Hopefully, you have better luck than i did when I recently retired->

They would have me on hold for 16 minutes, then the recording would come back on, saying, All of our representatives are still busy helping other "customers". Please try your call later"..CLICK!

This went on for 2 weeks several times a day..Exact same scenario..I finally sent info via Registered Mail and actually got a call back.. Actually, the woman was VERY helpful...
